我是一个从医近五十年的老医生，又是一个患多种疾病近六十年的资深病人，我看过也看好过许多病人，也不知多少次的看过医生。是病人给了我看病的医术，给了我衣食住行。是医生给我减轻了病痛，给了我再次的生命！因此，我感恩病人，也感谢救死扶伤的医生！我经历过缺医少药，物资匮乏，工资低下的艰难岁月，也有幸来到今天的社会进步，医药条件改善，物资丰富，职工工资明显增加，老百姓的生活水平都明显提高的太平盛世。经历过医生关爱病人，病人尊崇，信任，依赖医生的年代，也看到并亲历了如今的医患关系紧张，患者或其家属疑医，试医，背医，骗医，仇医，告医，伤医，弒医事件在全国频发而屡屡不止的恶劣氛围。因此，使我不得不承认我是老革命遇到了新问题。做为一个老医生，我始终把个人的医德修养放在重要位置，尽我所能的把病人的利益放在优先地位，认真做好自己应作的工作，争取用较少的钱，用较少的医疗资源和设备为患者诊治疾病。干该干的事，拿该拿的钱，吃自家的饭，就这样在门诊工作中，时不时还会与患儿家属产生矛盾甚至冲突，使我感觉困惑。做为全国唯一位于县级市的三甲医院，接诊的绝大部分是来自基层的病人，常常因为挂号，或目前的一卡通充值问题，有的家属就会恶语伤人；有的因不愿做一个血常规检验，当面撕碎您检查单；有的病属自认为是肩关节病，医生说可能是肘关节，又拒绝检查，还要医生处置，造成不愉快；有的病属领了基层医生指令来做某种检查，医生认为不需要，也能产生冲突；个别病属在基层或别的医院诊断某种疾病，经认真讯问属于正常，家属不信，不厌其烦的反复询问，以至于影响后来病人的就诊，临走仍带着怨言或疑惑出门；有的病人因病重或复杂劝其住院治疗而不情愿而不满；有的病人钱未到位医生无法治疗就闹得不可开交，更不要说出了事故或差错了。上周四我门诊，一位门诊退休返聘的护士长，处于对我的信任领着一位农村患儿家属找到我，家属已带七个月龄的孩子在新乡市内一家医院看过医生，怀疑患儿俩条腿不一样，已经花费一千多元的检查费，包裹脑CT，据家人称还建议住院做康复治疗。我看过病儿，患儿家人述说的情况不存在，至少是不突出，以健康体检对待，属其回家观察，家属要求拍片检查，我说没必要，下午，家属又拿着从乡医院拍的X光片来给我看。我看他对我如此的不信任，只好把他介绍到小儿骨科。在医院里，司空见惯的是病人或者家属动辄就指责医生态度不好，以投诉相威胁......在全国各级各类医院里因纠纷大闹医院的已成家常便饭。前一阵北京，上海，杭州的几位资深权威的专家教授在健康报联名发文，把目前的医生定位为弱势群体，当时我还存异议。经过我本人在临床见到的许多个实例，使我不得不赞同几位同道的观点！看来家属或病人要找医生的“错”，可以有随心所欲的“理由”，医生就真的变成地位低微的“童养媳妇”了！医生到底该如何做才好？
