自爱者自修，自怨者自悔；

自觉者自立，自夸者自缚。

Self-studying can make understanding ,

Hubris can cause self-error;

Self-discipline can keep more improvement,

Swellhead can cause inferiority;

Self-care can hold more advantage,

Regret can cause self-destruct;

Self- controling can own independent,

Boast can only be banded and tighted .
