医学人文学初探

医学是研究人类疾病的病因，诊断，治疗，转归，预后的学问。                                人和疾病是矛盾的两个方面，两个方面相互作用，相互影响，相互制约，疾病的病因的强度，病人的抗病能力（免疫性）病人的心理状态......治疗方法，都会对疾病的转归，预后产生影响。                                                                                              医学人文学是侧重于研究病人的思想感情，心理状态，家庭及社会关爱，对疾病的转归，预后的影响的一门学问 。                                                                                             医学人文学还应该包括许多的分支或专题。譬如：医生和护士对病人的关爱；领导者的关爱；家人的关爱；病人自己的心态......对疾病的疗效，转归，预后的影响等。医院的规章制度对救治病人的影响；治疗不足和过度治疗的影响等等。            从医学人文学的观念，医务人员还应该对疾病的诊断，分型分期，治疗或手术的适应症和治疗时机做更加细密准确的定位等等。                                                                  一个好的医生，病人的生命受到威胁时，用医术尽力挽救病人的生命，在病人的脏器或肢体的功能遭受破坏时用医术尽力保全或重建脏器和/或肢体功能。应该强调的是医生是人，不是神，医学博大精深，未知领域太多，医学会永远落后于人们的不切实际的需求！人们不要对医学的期望值太高。                                                                      一个好的医生，应该告诉他的病人，什么情况是需要忍痛治疗的，什么情况是无足轻重可免可缓治疗的，一个好的医生应该是用最少的药物，花最少的钱，使病人遭受最少的痛苦，应用最少的医疗资源治好病人的病，或使病人延长生命。最应该记取的是治好了病人的“病”，却要了病人的命。既防不足治疗，又防过度治疗。医生应该给受疾病困扰的病人传递正能量，激发他们战胜疾病的决心和信心！            一个明智的病人和/或病属，应该懂得尊重医生，信任医生，默契配合医生的重要性，在疾病的诊治过程中自始至终为医生助力鼓劲，从而发挥医患双方的能动性，为战胜疾病共同努力！更应相信个体即自己战胜疾病的能力。通过个人努力以及与医生的默契配合，就会驱除疾病，获得健康。
