今年的五一长假，算是我平生最充实最快乐的一次假日。五一当天是我的门诊值班，也估计五一当天出行人太多，中午一家三代人在家里摆家宴共度，孙辈们除了玩玩在家里能玩的，完成部分作业。                                        五二是老伴值班，我跟着儿孙三代五口伙同医院的同事朋友到附近的森林公园跑马场看孙子练骑马，看到大孙子在马上潇洒自如的马术表演，心里不用提有多高兴了！另外，我自己徒步围绕马场一周观看了小树林，看了一片连着一片的绿油油齐唰唰出满穗的麦浪，再加上，马场内或静，或动的马匹及络绎不绝的人群，好一派田园风光！在小沙丘上我亲自採到了我从小爱吃的野菜，使我仿佛又回到艰苦而值得回味的童年！ 午间，我们师生子孙三代人共进午餐，不仅吃到了农家野味，还第一次品尝到了烤全羊。下午回来，未进家就跑到门球场过了把门球瘾。 五三是老伴假日，我们一家六口，驱车到近郊的狮豹头山区游历了碧绿如画的塔岗水库和有北方张家界之称的东拴马，在东拴马南沟里，我们看到了号称灵泉峡的蜿蜒曲折一步一洞天的奇观！                                              在东拴马村上我还亲自发现了“杜甫南眺”，“天外来石”，“窃窃私语”的山石景观，说给同游者看，还真有点意趣。                                                    中午，我们借农家院，就地取材做了一顿野炊，同去者十人欢聚一堂，其乐融融，好不喜欢！在回城的路上，我们又发现一处一线天。                         时至今日，回想起来，仍心存留恋！
