从高校排名看新乡医学院

在全国高校和河南高校中的地位

由中国科学评价研究中心和中国青年报联合研发的中国高校竞争力评价报告与世人见面了(公布在2004年7月8日的中国青年报上),评价是根据有关政府部门的统计数据资料,国内外有关数据库,有关国家部门和高校的网站,国家有关刊物、书籍、报纸、内部资料并对所得资料核查后进行的，并处理了一些异常的数据，如著作数、成果数、咨询报告数，然后输入评价体系软件进行数据处理后得到的综合评价，其结果有较强的表现性、公正性、科学性和权威性。

主要是从科技创新竞争力和人文社会科学竞争力两个不同的侧面对每个院校进行评价的。前者有 619所本科院校，后者有570所本科院校，每个院校都按照总排序、投入序、产出序、效率序对每个院校作出具体的定位，分别作出第1-619位科学创新竞争力排序和第1-570位的人文社会科学竞争力排序。

新乡医学院在全国619所院校中科技创新竞争力总排序的309名，从全国高校的投入排序排在407位，它的产出排序在262名而效率排在143位，客观地反映了这个名不见经传的82年前还是个专科的学校，在升为本科22年之后已跃居全国高校的309位，并且在投入（407位）不足的情况下却创造了全国高校中少有的高速度和高效率（143位）。

在全国同类高校（医学院校，包括中医、西医）76所的排名中，科技创新竞争力被排在44位，人文社会科学竞争力排在24位，进一步说明了在全国医学高校中同样处于中游的水平，对于新医和新医人来讲，这是个令人振奋的大好消息。

回首历史，解放初期，当时在只有几十张病床、一台x光机和几个留守工人的基督教惠民医院的旧址上，艰难起步，经由华北医士学校、平原省医科学校，新乡地区医学院、汲县医士学校到豫北医专，1982年升为医学本科院校——新乡医学院。

在50多年建院史上，经由李昊育、魏文超、刘建甫的初建时期，刘凤池、李笑云、郑中秀的发展时期到目前马建中，邢莹的飞速发展时期，都凝聚着一代又一代新医人的心血和汗水。

人们不会忘记初建时期党委书记、院长魏文超亲自拉架子车带领豫北医专人下乡为群众送医送药的身影，不会忘记豫北医专师生为改善办学条件不辞辛劳挥汗如雨的义务劳动，人们不会忘记那些从全国各地高校分配来献了青春献终身、献了终身献子孙的专家教授们，人们不会忘记为提高新医的知名度呕心沥血办起，《眼科新进展》、《中国实用儿科临床杂志》、《新乡医学院学报》、《中原精神医学杂志》的医学精英们，是他们的工作大大提高了新乡医学院在全国乃至世界的知名度。不会忘记为发展本科教育与研究生教育默默奉献在医疗，教学，科研第一线的广大教职员工们，是他们的辛勤努力使一代代莘莘学子从丑小鸭变成白天鹅飞向蓝天，变成大鹏鸟飞向全国，飞向世界各地。也不会忘记为了国家的振兴孜孜不倦如饥似渴地学习科学文化知识和技能，使自己早日插上腾飞的翅膀的所有新医人。

总之，是每一个自强不息的新医人共同托起了新医的昨天、今天和明天。
