涿州古称涿邑、涿县、范阳、涿郡等，两千三百多年建制史的千年古县。乾隆六下江南三次从此路过，曾题词一首”日边冲要无双地 天下繁难第一州”。

涿州人杰地灵，有着：青冈古文化、卢氏文化、桃园结义忠义文化、郦氏文化、禅宗文化、易道文化、红色革命文化等。涿州有：卢植、刘备、张飞、郦道元、惠能、赵匡胤、邵雍、冯铨等名人。

涿州八景为：楼桑春社、通会灯市、双塔晴烟、拒马长虹、胡良晓月、邵村花田、督亢秋成，盘坡积雪。

名胜古迹有：卢氏宗祠、六祖禅寺、清行宫、三义宫、关圣寓所、张飞庙、学宫、邵雍故里、清凉寺、金门闸等。

历史是根、文化是魂，挖掘涿州历史文化，让我们砥砺前行......

Remembering History: The Beauty of Zhuozhou

Zhuozhou, formerly known as Zhuo Yi, Zhuo County, Fan Yang, and Zhuo Jun, has a history of more than 2,300 years as a thousand-year-old ancient county. Emperor Qianlong passed through here six times on his trips to the south, once inscribing a poem that reads "At the edge of the sun, there is no other place like it, the most difficult place in the world is the first county."

Zhuozhou is a land of outstanding talents and spirits, with a rich cultural heritage including Qinggang ancient culture, Lu'sath, Li's culture, Zen culture, Yi Dao culture, and revolutionary culture. Zhuozhou has been home to famous figures such as Lu Zhi, Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, Li Daoyuan, Huineng, Zhao Kuangyin, Shao Yong, and Feng Quan.

The Eight Scenic Spots of Zhuozhou are: Lousang Spring Festival, Tonghui Lantern Market, Twin Towers in Clear, Juma Rainbow, Huliang Moon, Shaocun Flower Field, Dukang Autumn Harvest, and Panpo Snow Accumulation.

There are also famous historical sites such as Lu's Ancestral Hall, the Sixth Patriarch Zen Temple, the Qing Imperial Palace, the Three Virtue Palace, Guan Yu's Residence, Zhang Fei Temple, the Academy, Shao Yong's Hometown, Qingliang Temple, and Jinmen Lock.

History is the root, and culture is the soul. By exploring the historical and cultural heritage of Zhuozhou, let us forge ahead on our journey...
