第七届全国人大代表霍宗义，1988年至1993年（该届代表2970名）

第十三届全国人大代表周松勃，2018年至2023年（该届代表2926名）
由于如上四人在各自领域的成就，他们分别成为五个届次全国人大代表。也因此被人列为涿州当代的八位名人系列。
The representatives of the National People's Congress from Zhuozhou
Li Zhenfu, the representative of the Fifth National People's Congress, served from 1978 to 1983 (with 3497 representatives in that session).
Huo Zongyi, the representative of the Seventh National People's Congress, served from 1988 to 1993 (with 2970 representatives in that session).
(Huo Zongyi, the representative of the Eighth National People's Congress, served from 1993 to 1998, with 2977 representatives in that session).
Wang Feng, the representative of the Eleventh National People's Congress, served from 2008 to 2013 (with 2987 representatives in that session).
Zhou Songbo, the representative of the Thirteenth National People's Congress, served from 2018 to 2023 (with 2926 representatives in that session).
Due to the achievements of the above four individuals in their respective fields, they have each become representatives of the National People's Congress for five sessions. As a result, they have been listed as part of the series of eight contemporary celebrities in Zhuozhou.

全国两会，是中华人民共和国建立以后政治领域的大事。
全国的两会会期由原来的每次半个月现为一周左右。每年3月举行。
全国政协在1949年9月举行，迄今已开了十四次，今年召开的是第十四届次第二次会议。每五年换届，每年三月召开一次全会。中国人民政治协商会议全国委员会和地方委员会的主要职能是政治协商、民主监督、参政议政。中国人民政治协商会议第一届全体会议（1949年9月21日～30日）；中国人民政治协商会议第一届全国委员会（1949年10月～1954年12月）
全国人大在1954年9月举行，迄今已开了十四次，今年召开的是第十四届次第二次会议。每五年换届，每年三月召开一次全会。人民代表大会制度是中国的根本政治制度，是中国人民民主专政政权的组织形式，是中国的政体，是社会主义上层建筑的重要组成部分。人民代表大会制度是根据国家的一切权力属于人民和民主集中制的原则，按照法律程序，由选民在民主选举的基础上产生各级人民代表大会代表，组成地方各级和全国人民代表大会，即国家权力机关，并由国家权力机关产生其他国家机关，行使国家权力的政权组织形式。
